About The Founder

Dr. Felicia N. Gross has over 20 years of Human Resources experience, including providing strategic HR support to senior-level executives. Her insight into different perspectives, business models, and best practices has allowed her to implement innovative and effective HR practices. As an SHRM-SCP certified HR professional with strong relationship-building skills, she has successfully served as a trusted advisor and business partner to executive-level management as they work towards achieving their organization’s goals.

Dr. Felicia is a true HR Generalist with extensive experience in employee relations; HR data analysis; benefits management; talent acquisition and management; performance management; compensation practices; application and analysis of state and federal employment law; learning and development; coaching; and conflict resolution.

In addition to her HR certification, Dr. Felicia holds a Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management. She earned a Master’s of Divinity with specializations in Urban Ministry & African American Church Studies and a Doctor of Ministry, Soul Care, both from Wesley Theological Seminary. Dr. Felicia is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., whose experience and education have equipped her to provide HR and leadership services in corporate and church settings.
